Despite the constitutional recognition of the right to decent work and the reform of the Labor Code, the reality of the job market reveals numerous violations; moreover, occupational health is plagued by weaknesses, particularly related to the enforcement of legislation and the lack of a culture of health prevention. Health is still viewed primarily in its physical dimension, yet it is defined as a state of overall physical, psychological, and social well-being. This study will assess how well-being at work is addressed within the company and highlight the tools implemented by Human Resources Management (HRM) to improve health and well-being at work, through an interview with the Human Resources Director and the Health and Safety Manager at LEAR CORPORATION, as well as questionnaires administered to employees of the same company.
