This research, developed between 2019 and 2024 in the framework of the Master's Degree in Education at the Universidad Surcolombiana, analyzes the motivations, life projects and community empowerment processes of the women's group Tejedoras de Sue os, located in the Villa Colombia neighborhood of Neiva, Huila. Through a qualitative approach and the Action Research method, the life trajectories, resilience and organizational strength of women who, despite living in contexts of exclusion and precariousness, have managed to have a positive impact on their community, are made visible. The study contributes to the field of education in vulnerable contexts and to the understanding of the transforming role of women in the construction of collective identities and meaningful life projects.
