Great book - I've been looking for some penny rug projects and this book had the best I've found with great patterns and directions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

I just ordered this book, as I have been desperately trying to find instructional manuals on working with wool...especially in the primitive folk art style. I bought this one with high hopes & was not disappointed! There are some fantastic projects, & the beginning of the book tells you all about purchasing wool, wool weights & types, preparing wool, dying wool, etc. There are a couple of corny projects (in my opinion), but overall, this is a fantastic addition to my library!
