Great Reference for Any Home

This is a must have for any home, I love the quick reference for different conditions at the back of the book and the format it great for quick reference if you have friends that have questions about vitamins. You can not go wrong with this book!

More informative and easy to read...

Once my brother (...) buy this book I'm already ask about vitamins and it's benefits in the human body. This book give me more than you expect like definition, components of every one, and average of daily use.I feels very powerful by using KNOWLOGY with use of my sweet multivitamin and mineral.

Very Energizing

What a wonderful, easy to read book...full of information and didn't go over my head. I refer back to this book almost daily..as I am trying to introduce more supplements into my diet.

A great resource

This book is an excellent introduction to the wide, often-confusing world of vitamins and supplements. It makes a great addition to anyone's health library, and it's so easy to read! The book also has helpful usage guides and symptoms to look for that might indicate deficiency in a certain vitamin or mineral. Christopher Hobbs and Elson Haas did a fine job on this book.
