Turtle Music

By New Mexico Poetry Alliance

Turtle Music contains selected works from members of New Mexico Poetry Alliance, a group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which has been going strong since 1995. Members share a love of writing, reading and listening to poetry while striving to maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere to enhance their respective growth as poets. Writing styles and subject matter vary from landscapes of New Mexico, journeys of the soul, character sketches, to poems about turtles. Some poems are humorous. Others address personal or spiritual quests. All were inspired by the turtle muse, who sings words into poems that spring from the Land of Enchantment.
