Great Anger Counseling Book

Very helpful if you have a client who is angry or are angry oneself. Useful questions to address to others. Questions that do result with ah-ha moments. Describes thinking patterns that are inaccurate and then verbal remedies. Aka exaggerated/overgeneralized ways of thinking (words like always/all/every/never) antidote: have the patient use accurate and specific descriptions to be on the lookout for exceptions. Another good ques. when person is going off of someone's ill intentions: Can you remember any time that you have made an assumption about someone else's behavior, motives, or feelings and that you learned later that you were way off base (wrong)? Have you ever caught yourself jumping to conclusions that you later found were wrong?
