Thunderstruck is Pure Magic

Shelby Jackson is trying to hold on to her family NASCAR racing business in the face of corporate NASCAR mega teams running the games, partly because it's the only life she knows and partly in honor of her late father who started Thunder Racing. Mick Churchill wants into the NASCAR team and uses his international stardom as a famous soccer player to make positive things happen for the underdog team, Thunder Racing...much to Shelby's dismay since she wants to keep her 'family owned' business in the family. This book is a wonderful story of two people trying not to fall in love with each other. It's also exciting and I couldn't put it down until I'd read the entire story. My favorite phrase in the book...Track Magic. :) Roxanne St. Claire delivers a well-written fast-paced tale of NASCAR racing where I could practically smell burnt oil and tire rubber as I raced through to the end without a pit stop. Do yourself a favor, don't miss THUNDERSTRUCK by Roxanne St. Claire. Another keeper.

Track magic!

This book is a gem. The heroine's story tugs at the heartstrings, while the hero is simply to die for! Thunderstruck is tightly plotted and as fast-paced as a well-timed pit stop at the Daytona 500. The addition of a believable suspense to this sizzling romance makes it a keeper in my library. The author obviously knows her game: NASCAR, soccer and writing.

Roxanne St. Claire has written another book with great characters who come to life with her vivid descriptions. You can't help but want the hero to convince this stubborn heroine to let him join her company. The life in the infield at Daytona comes to life through the story and you can almost smell the fumes and hear the roar of the engines. Ms. St. Claire adds an element of suspense to keep you turning the pages of this very good romance.
