I Followed Elizabeth Lay's advice and lost 47 pounds!

After following Elizabeth Lay's advice for only four months I lost 47 pounds and 6 dress sizes. I know it sounds incredible, but it is true. There are three calorie level diets in the book (800) (1000) (1200). The diets in her book are designed with the help of a Medical Doctor and they are nutitionally balanced for WOMEN!!! I felt better than I ever had before in my adult life. That is why I must find a copy of it again. My copy was lost.
