FAVORITE COOKBOOK!

This is the one cookbook I use over and over again. I have tried almost every recipe and have been delighted with each and every one. Unlike many cookbooks, this one calls for common ingredients that almost all of us have on the shelf. The resulting meals are tasty and easy to fix. My husband has many all-time favorites that came from this book. I'm buying ALL of her other books.

One of my favorites...

I am a little disappointed to see that this book is out of print. I received it as a gift, and have really enjoyed it. I will admit that twenty minutes is not entirely accurate on all of these, especially if one is a beginning cook or doesn't have some help. However, I have made several terrific, flavorful meals from this book, such as the black bean soup, honey mustard chicken and mushrooms, and picadillo burritos. Yum...I am getting hungry just thinking about them...

This book gives creative,fast and healthy meals .

Besides giving calorie count and fat content this book adds ideas for a complete menue with each entree. A great book for the porking person or the busy family. Try the Quick Chicken Cacciatore-it is a winner.
