I am a little disappointed to see that this book is out of print. I received it as a gift, and have really enjoyed it. I will admit that twenty minutes is not entirely accurate on all of these, especially if one is a beginning cook or doesn't have some help. However, I have made several terrific, flavorful meals from this book, such as the black bean soup, honey mustard chicken and mushrooms, and picadillo burritos. Yum...I am getting hungry just thinking about them...
