Solid information that works for men and women

I have read this fitness gem several times and it is concise, detailed, research based, easy to read, and it works! Some very interesting and new concepts are mentioned in the book including hormone modification, detailed info on sleep, supplement strategies, and the thermic effect of food, as well as many others. The research supporting the practice of intense, short training sessions mentioned in the book was very useful. This book is a must have for anyone looking to get leaner and healthier permanently. And what I really love about the book is that it is not some fad or quick fix diet, but a real and long term fat loss solution!

I've read every diet fad program out there - Body For Life, Body Rx, South Beach Diet, Atkins, etc, and The Six Pack Diet Plan is by far the most understandable and believable. The author gives all the information to get going on a lifelong nutrition plan - What it takes supplement wise, training wise, AND nutrition wise.
