Cruise to love

6/12/26 - 6/18/26 The Shippers by Katherine Center This was the month of June 2026 Brenda Novak Book Club read. Excellent choice for a June book! Light, funny, what happens with neighborhood children who end up bonding, hanging and going to the same school until they start to get curious and separate into other sports, groups of friends and get on with life. But there is always someone that remains your best friend through thick and thin, who is there for you to catch you when you fall, or to listen to you rant and rave about the silliest things in life, always by your side. Even if they go away for a few years, they do come around again and are still your century solider standing next to you always. This is a wonderful book about friendship, love, families, neighbors and all the dysfunctional people that come and go through our lives to make us who we are and make us develop as humans, make us see what is, what could be and hopefully what should be! Excellent novel.
