Informative, well-balanced and non-judgmental. A life-saver!

Presents information in well balaced non-judgmental way. Information that if unknown or not understood could cost you or a loved one their life or health. Contains real-world stratagies for dealing with health care providers, including insurance companies, that empower the consumer without alienating the provider. Along with what to do if you find yourself locked in a power struggle, other than terminate your provider. Easy enough for layperson to understand and yet useful and informative for the professional. Which, IMHO, puts it in the "must read" category. Especially for those of us patients who have had to become as well versed as our care-givers in our own defense.
