No Dustjacket as shown onine

I hate to be a teller of bad reviews but the page showed it with a dust jacket which makes it more valuable more so than the book. No where on the page does it say "missing jacket" so I assumed it would come with one. Am very disappointed but am glad to finally get the book again as mine was lost when moving from one state to another. I'm a fan of D. Steele's book and I also have the movie for this book. She's a great story teller in my book. Have never read a book of hers I didn't like.

A really good lecture!

The first time I heard about this book was when I watched the movie, a really good movie. I was really impressed about the feelings and experiences of the characters. I know Danielle Steel is a good writer; I really love this book... At the end, I almost cry because the end was very sentimental and depth.

Touching, good characterization, panoramic story

While Steel's books may not hold high literary status, her books are popular, and reading The Ring is one of her best efforts. Steel, through her well honed writing skills, takes the female character through several love relationships starting with a character that she learned to love against all odds. Her love of a German Nazi solider, and her love of another, finally leads to finding the greatest love of her life. Read the book and you'll find out how love does endure through all situations and finally wins out. One of her best books.

The Ring

When I saw the movie based on this book, I had to go and buy the book. Danielle Steel does an amazing job of bringing the characters to life, and drawing the reader into the story. From the first sentence, I was hooked. Ariana von Tripp is an amazing woman who finds love on more than one occasion. The reader will cry at Ariana's many heartbreaks, and will feel joy when she finds happiness. This is one of the best books Steel has written...ever. Everyone MUST read this book. You will be a Danielle Steel fan for life!

lovely flow of events

Hooray to Danielle Steel for another love story that envolves everyday subjects! Boy does she knows how to grab the attention of a bored reader at the right time. In short, I must say that I am looking forward to a part two.

Her Best

This was the first Danielle Steel book I ever read many years ago and it's still her best. In some of her later books she loses the magic of this one.
