Not remotely worth the effort or the $$.

This is not a potato recipe book. It's a pamphlet (39 pages) the dimensions of a church bulletin. Recipes, almost as an afterthought, happen to use a little potato. Of no value to potato dieters. Not worth the price even if it were free !
