I bought this book because my old one was falling apart from so much use. I have used these recipes for many years. They are simple to make and I have not found one I did not like. I was able to lose weight by cooking dinner from this cookbook every night. This is a book that was published long ago but the recipes are wonderful. Since it is not a new book it does not include the sugar content which people nowadays would like to know. This does not bother me because they are still low calorie recipes. People who care about how many grams of sugar a recipe has usually can tell which ones work for them. You can not go wrong with this book.
