I take this Alpha Lipoic Acid because I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and this really helps me keep my glucose in limits...600mg to 1200mg daily is GOOD! I know this is made from potatoes and potatoe juice gets rid of heavy metal detox in the system...you know what blesses your liver makes you live longer...the book was in good condition and promptly sent in the mail to me.
