A lonely psychic Judy Knight, is the worlds last hope in a battle against aquatic aliens who crash-landed in lake during a mysterious power outage. The alien "the nomos" are ancient race of aquatic reptile like amphibians who travel from planet to planet seeking to clone the warrior gene, and destroy the weak. Once the gene has been cloned, it is added to their own DNA structure to ensure that they are the mightiest species in the universe. It is a part of their bizarre religion.
