The Monastery Cold Case

By Ivy Anderson

Detective Thomas Reid has spent fifteen years haunted by the one murder he could never solve.

Seven-year-old Tenzin was found dead in an alley, still clutching a battered wooden horse. The killer vanished. The case went cold. Thomas never learned how to let it go.

Then an anonymous letter leads him to an isolated monastery high above the clouds.

Inside a crypt sealed for centuries, Thomas finds an impossible clue from Tenzin's murder. Old witness statements begin to unravel. Memories take physical form. To solve the case, Thomas must confront a witness who has lied for fifteen years - and decide which burdens belong to the dead, and which must be carried by the living.

The Monastery Cold Case is an atmospheric supernatural mystery about guilt, truth, accountability, and letting go.
