This is a good book, the ending was super.

Love is Enough

Melody meets Tony as he is tending the garden, and she falls in love with him. But Tony is poor (a twist she usually is the one who is poor) and proud, Melody is also proud, but because of the times she has been burned by fortune hunters she doesn't tell Tony she is rich.Tony falls in love with Melody, and like the men in his family he wants to protect Melody. Soon Tony askes Melody to marry him. Melody says yes, but..., Tony doesn't let her finish. At the wedding some reporters (ahhhh) ask Melody why she is attracted to fortune hunters, and another asks Tony how does it feel to be married to a hieress.Tony gets Melody away from the shark reporters, only to turn into a barracuta. He rips into Melody and the marriage is on rocky ground. But as ususl She goes to him, and he kindly excepts her to his bed.Soon Tony finds Melody isn't just an hieress to thousands but millions, this time when he blows up, Melody does too. and she leaves him.Tony goes to her and she slaps him down. Melody's father soon helps the couple work out their problem and Tony takes Melody back, only this time she isn't so humble.

Wonderful love lines

The Million Dollar Marriage is a wonderful oove story of two unlikely persons who get married. Melody is a heiress and Tony is a gardner. He is unaware of the fact that she is wealthy in assumed she worked as maid. Not until their wedding day does he discover the secret. It is at this point that the novel is even more exiciting.Melody and Tony split.but before the break apart they each learn different lessons. Melody learns that she need not feel guilty for being rich and Tony learns that false pride gets you nothing. The story has wonderful lines of how Tony's family acceopted Melody because of her kind heart and how Tony acts up only later to regret it. What happens- does this couple reunite- after all its the second marriage for Melody- can they really make it since their worlds are so far apart. Its an easy read and one that will keep you in suspence. This is the second novel of Mrs. Rutland that I have read 0 the first No Crystal Stairs is a 5 and this is a close second. ITS A MUST READ AND YOU MIGHT EVEN LEARN A THING OR TWO ABOUT REAL LOVE.
