good plot

a redemption theme--the guy starts off really obnoxious and macho but after experiencing the guileless kindness of the woman, he becomes truly heroic.I wound up really liking both characters. Both are strong.Steamy yet also innocent. Takes place on an island. The attitude towards sexuality is upbeat and positive.
