Interesting, Hard to Find Book!

A very deep book, and hard to find on the effects of ions, negative and positive energies..

Shows the presumed effect of ions on ones mental and physical health, Excellent!

This book takes you on a journey through one man's life who confronts times when he felt the best and worst in his life and how he connects them back to negative and positive ions. Considering our lives are nothing more than electricity and matter interacting it is completely feasible. This book was a text I used in search of why one would feel so good near the ocean. The ocean is the worlds largest negative ion generator and the result of one sitting in a pool of negative ions is the feeling of health and serenity. Cities and polluted areas tend to create positive ions which are unhealthy and destructive to our health and well being. If you want an easy straight foward explanation of why nature and water makes one feel better, then buy this book. We are electricity and if this is true, positives and negatives have effects on our electrical current through our bodies. Check it out!!!

Great book

This is a great book that is very factual and backed by alof of evidence and research. I liked this book in particular because I practice breathing exercises called smai, similiar to yoga. With the knowledge I have gained on negative ions, I plan on practicing my exercises in a room filled with plants and a fan that has an ionizer. This is necessary in order to take in a good supply of sekhem or chi life energy.

The subject of this book needs modern attention.

I read this book in 1977 following the publishing of it. I have just reread it in 1999 and it is more pertinent today with the sealed office buildings that people work in daily. This subject needs modern attention by medical people.

Should be read by every doctor in the world.

I loved this book as this book is with facts collected from author's experience. Many hidden treasures of nature can be analysed using his findings. Many solutions can be found for many medical problems.
