No wonder this spectacular collection won the William Stafford Award for poetry and the Pacific Northwestern Booksellers Award as well. The author takes us across the spiritual scaffolding of the psyche into the unseen through dreams and the experiences of an "Already ruined woman of a child". It's about survival in tough places, observations in a country gone mad, and always the gritty humor comes though. There's quantum physics, and dark matter,life, death and love. A great book!
