Returning home from another arduous day at work, Frank finds that his wife has cleared away his Ham Radio equipment to make room for her doll collection. To spite her, he reclaims his desk and fills it with his radio paraphernalia. That is when his mundane life is thrown out the door as a disturbing signal pierces through the radio speakers. This leads to the shocking discoveries of sites containing remarkably well preserved but not quite human remains. With a corrupted military hot on Frank's trail he and his gathered companions must now decipher the mystery signal and discover it's creator in order to save themselves, if not the world.

My late grandfather was an avid Ham Radio enthusiast and I had the privilege of inheriting his overflowing box of QSL cards, documenting more than seventy years of ham radio communications. Every call sign that is found within is authentic and previously used by my grandfather and great grandfather.
