The Friendship Tree

I really enjoyed this book and have heartily recommended it. It deals with friendship and caring and acts of generosity. Each time I read it the simple act that Blanche does for Otis brings tears to my eyes. I read it to my 3 year old and it is just the right length for him. It is more than a simple board book, it is a story about the seasons of true friendship.

A gentle little story

We (my 3 1/2 year old daughter and I) got this book out of the library and we didn't want to bring it back! It hard to find children's books that both parents and kids can enjoy and this is one of them. It's the perfect length for bedtime reading and tells a nice story about friendship and giving.
