Ruth Jacobowitz's book 150 Most Asked Questions About hormone replacement therapy answer all the questions you'll ever have about estrogen and hormone replacement therapy. As the founder and creator of HotFlash! the online perimenopasue/menopause support group and website, I'm constantly doing research about about the latest in hormone replacement therapy. During my interview with Ruth it was clear that she really has done her homework about this very important topic. She addresses all women's concerns- will HRT cause breast cancer? should I take it and for how long? The book is like a good friend seemingly to know the most pressing questions and more precisely the answers.
