Informative but Dry.

This book is older but still valid when it comes to Batman Lore. However it offers little in the way of visuals, so if you're trying to find visual references, it might not have what you're looking for. It's a thick book and has a lot of information, even if some of that info is outdated (the book was published in 2008).
