The only dreamwork book you'll need

Strephon Kaplan Williams has led many workshops on dreams and has written many books on dreamwork, and this one is the distillation of all of them. He explains the dreaming function, and gives specific techniques and procedures for evoking meaning and answers from our own dreams. This dreamwork does not seek to 'interpret' the dream from without, but enables the dreamer to dive within and find their own personal meanings to the various symbols in a dream. The book avoids all of the dense psychological jargon of many books, and explains things in clear, concise terms, with bulleted lists and specific questions to ask.
