If you're looking for a diet book that makes sense and really hits home, this is the one for you. It's jam-packed with tons (no pun intended) of ideas, facts, lists, stats, and priceless information. Len tells it exactly like it is, and does it with his fabulous sense of humor and quick wit. Never a dull moment. It makes you really stop and think; and makes you realize that if you get rid of the foods that give you a problem, then it makes it a heck of a lot easier to eat right and lose weight. Out of sight, out of mind if you will. Theresa will attest to that! This book is DEFINITELY worth reading and memorizing :-) You'll be happy you decided to "cut the tape". Enjoy!!!
