It's easy to read, very accessible, inspiring, not at all intimidating, and in short the best guide to interpreting one's own dreams that I've come across.

GREAT BOOK!!

THIS IS A GREAT BOOK BY ANN FARADAY ON THE INTERPRETATION OF DREAMS!!

A fantastic resource for understanding dreams

This is the second, and I think better, of Faraday's two wonderful dream interpretation books. The first ("Dream Power") covered dream interpretation techniques, but also focused on the history of dream research and the different theories on what may be the biological causes and purposes of dreaming. This later book aims primarily at dream interpretation itself, how to understand what your dreams are telling you and using that to improve your life. It's very readable, not at all clinical, and is quite likely to inspire you to start a dream journal. Both books are great, but I came to this one first and it made a lasting impression on me, so I give it the sentimental edge. But check 'em both out if you're at all interested in this subject!
