Love the complete information!

This is a great reference tool for my do-it-yourself journey to health for my family and me. Great pictures with hand positioning, lots of background information and case studies. I love how it is laid out. The step-by-step information is very easy to follow. The body systems are explained with helpful suggestions for improving them. I have other reflexology books that do not come close in comparison to this book.
