Jackson Windsor just can't get a break. First, some rude person throws stuff at him. Then, his best friend keeps lying to him. Then a possible murderer creeps up on him. All he knows is that he went on a bus to the middle of nowhere and now suddenly people are flying while he's unsure whether or not he's dreaming, dead, or someone's playing a cruel prank on him. To top it off, now he has to venture to some stupid cave in the middle of some stupid ocean. A cave nobody's returned from. So now, Jackson has an abundance of problems. He needs to find out what's happening in Mystius that's making people lose their powers. He needs to find what Valerian's plan is. He needs to get his life together for at least a day.
