cain and abel syndrome review

this book helped me with my sister and our relationship alot. I am not as angry as i was with her in the past and i try to keep reminding myself of pieces of the book when i do start getting mad at her. it can also work for other relationships, not just siblings. i also liked that it addresses how to try and avoid the sibling rivalry in your own kids.
