Bought it for its recipes

It has some decent sounding recipes, although I haven't tried them out yet. Even though the title says Bible I did not think it would have religious quotations in it. But, as I said, I bought it for the recipes and now can't wait to try them!

Great book

This book was very easy to read and understand the subject. I also liked the recipes it has. Easy to make compared to some of the other books on dealing with yeast issues. I would recommend this book if your trying to get rid of yeast from your body.
