Cookbook with Large Variety

This is a wonderful cookbook with a large variety. It covers all berries - from the standard straw, boysen, and black, to the harder to find goose, lingon, and loganberries. It is sectioned out by drinks, main meals, desserts, and preserves. The beginning has a description of the different berries and gives advice on preserving them.As a Pacific Northwest Native, I found this to be a Kitchen Must-Have.
