alli cookbook

I love this cookbook I started the alli april 15th 2009 and I feel great! I have 3 children and never lost weight after having my kids. I finally decided to try alli. At my heaviest I weighed 203 lbs I have lost a little, but i think it is far more healthier to lose slowly then too fast. the recipes in this book are great. yes you must change your life style. you have to want to commit to change with the alli though there are some side effects called treatment effects to me that just tells me i am eating toooooooooo much fat. THE Alli cookbook is fun to use with kids there are recipes in this book that kids can help you prepare my two oldest are very picky an don't get enough veggies but with this they don't even know they're getting their veggies and it's healthy and they don't even know it 's health food i have my whole family eating better foods 4 them and making better choices. Delicious, Easy Cookbook with Great Variety!

I started taking alli two months ago, and I've had good success (already lost 6 pounds!), but I realized I am going to need some more variety in my daily meals to keep things going--this cookbook is the perfect answer. The recipes are really yummy, fast and easy--and they've even paired each recipe up with simple side dishes that complete the meal and give you all the nutritional info so you can stay "alli-friendly." When I make these recipes, I don't feel like I'm dieting--I'm eating healthier, but it's still delicious! The pull-out restaurant guide is very helpful too--I just stick it in my purse so I can have it handy when I'm eating out.

This Product Works!!!!

It is so easy to do. Watch your fat intake and take the pills and you can lose the weight you want to. You still have the responsibility to exercise and watch what you eat but the pills take care of any excess fat that you consume. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to learn to eat healthier as well as losing unwanted pounds. The books simply helps with recommended menus, foods you can eat out and some good recipes that you can make for yourself. Lowfat products are everywhere these days. You can make a delicious meal with the recipes in the book.

A Good Plan

When I bought the alli starter kit it came with some little booklets that gave me suggestions, but this book gave me a real plan to follow. The menu plans are particularly helpful because I can't be bothered with calculating my daily calories and fat--and with this book I don't have to--as long as I follow the menus. And there are so many menus to choose from. The fitness plan is also very realistic--it helps get you moving without having to spend hours at the gym, which is exactly what I needed!
