I Love the Book and the CD

The book is so interesting, I had never heard of Sound Healing before so, this was all very new to me. He explains how it works in a very simple way that makes it easy for anyone to understand. The CD is wonderful, all I have to do is press play and I instantly start to relax and before I know it I'm sleeping. If you want to learn more about healing (both spiritually and physically) outside of Western Medicine than this will be an interesting read for you as well.

Over the past few years I have attended workshops and conferences and read many Hayhouse Books by Gregg Braden (who reviewed this book), and others that help in the healing of ourselves and our lovely planet. Even if you are new to the idea that our emotions have a direct impact on the state of our health, and that of our surroundings, this book will give you tools to help open your eyes, EARS, and your heart. Louise Hay said in a keynote speech (this excerpt is on her movie "You Can Heal Your Life"), that you may hear the same message in many different ways; some will speak to you, and some will not. This is a great little book! A wonderful introduction for anyone who's interested in how sound can heal and transform (which should be almost everybody since the is such an important and far reaching subject). Goldman's a pro and obviously knows his material. He has the ability to make difficult information accessible to novices and beginners. Yet each "Secret" contains some treasure of knowledge and understanding that even the most seasoned sound healers will find significant and useful. The book is clear, concise and easy to read. It was fascinating and fun. And the CD that's included with it contains some really beautiful music. Full of exercises, techniques and truths that can change your life, THE 7 SECRETS OF SOUND HEALING is highly recommended.
