Wonderful companion!

This book is, as the title says, a companion to "The Five Day Miracle Diet" and it is full of supportive comments and tips as well as a daily food diary. It also has some wonderful recipes created by chefs. My daughter is using it right now and is finding it very helpful. Adele Puhn is so down to earth with her advice, it feels like you have her right there by your side cheering you on to success with her common sense diet.

Invisible Victory-Adele has found a Major Breakthrough on all Levels

I say invisible, because how many people or dietitians really tune in or focus on the body's blood sugar levels. When I did this way of eating, on the fifth day I felt like wonder woman. Super energy and my mood was elevated to a whole new level of clarity. What I found for myself, was really being there for my body by bringing food with me to eat at my every 2-3 hour intervals, translated into really "being there". As if my blood sugar was a child and it began to understand that I was in control, and I was going to take care of it so it could blossom me into being the most complete me that I could be. Adele Puhn has definitely found a golden key to the human design....and for this I am so grateful.
