It's great if you have the Big book, the one that teaches you about the 3 hours diet how it works and what to do. This "on the go" it's really useful ,has lot of information so you know what you can eat when you go out or when you have a busy day and don't have enough time to cook or just like me that have a sweet tooth ! now I can indulge myself dieting!! that's great!
