Teach Yourself The Clinton Factor

The author does a great job teaching/explaining how to be a much more effective speaker. Using some of the book's techniques has really helped in our sales department! We are now much better keeping the conversation going in the direction we need and staying on point without being pushy. Wish this book had been out 10 years ago! This is a MUST READ for anyone in sales, a team leader, is a presentor. BTW: Both Clintons should be hung for treason.
