Great selection of sweets and treats

I got this book at the Culinary Institute of America.That alone must mean its a five star,right?Despite its size,there is a great selection of cakes,cookies,desserts,and more.There are twists on traditional favorites,exciting recipes like wildflower cake,and alot of keepers.
