Exceptionally well-written and comprehensive.

This book is a MUST read for anyone going through an IRS audit, especially if your records aren't good, or your tax returns have issues. The only issue I have with this book is that the author advocates tactics that are aggressive, but sometimes a little bit of honey works better than vinegar when you are dealing with a bloated agency like the IRS.
