Good Read

Surprisingly insightful book. I've read lots of deer hunting books, and this one is pretty thorough. Some of the technology stuff is pretty dated, but one of the better books on whitetail hunting I've come across, the only book I've felt inclined to review.

not to bad

To be honest this book was better than I thought it would be. I like research type books it does this pretty well. Author does a good job on sign and sign reading. He has some weird stuff in it too . A deer density technique of spray painting piles turds then go back 24 hr later and count the unpainted turd piles divided by the number of time a deer defecate's each day to give you your deer population. A little to labor intensive and disruptive for me.
