Stop Memory Loss

For the past several years I have been interested in memory. I have read many books on the subject. A few months ago I came across this book and read it. I was blown away, it is a fantastic book and the best I have read on memory. It is comprehensive and will provide answers to any question you might have on memory loss. I was amazed of how detailed the subject matter was and how the author explained complex concepts making them easily understood, the true mark of an exceptional teacher. If you are interested in memory loss and what you can do to prevent or treat it then, this is a must read. Thomas Hanlon ( Real Name )

A worthwhile read

In some respects, this book, apparently self published by the author, reminds me of my old thesis days with the footnotes, citations, and bibliography. Suggestions that physical health (including aerobic and non-aerobic)mental activity and study might improve memory, at the very worst, should at least make the subject feel better, although I have known folks with all the advantages, so to speak, to lose it. Potential components of mental fortune might include inheriting good genes and sleeping just right, that is not too long or too short. Suggestions include hints that some vitamins, maybe even herbs, are helpful are included. Other pharmacueticals and environmental elements might be disasterous. Read the book, gentle reader. If nothing else the title is worth thinking about and is packed with notes, bibliographic citations, and an index that will not quit. A good introduction to a complex subject.
