The Orion Democratic Union declared Earth forbidden territory because of a deadly mutation agent known as Morphose that killed billions. Three hundred years after humans escaped that threat, a survey ship is dispatched to Earth orbit where crewman Aran Poole is forced to make an emergency landing.
