A light touch and a ton of neat little tricks & treats that I'm using every day. Dieting & exercise can be such a total grind. I chose this book because it gives me a break without letting me off the hook. In 100 days I'll post my results. Watch this space.

I have been trying to lose weight for twelve years- since high school. I have read many popular books on the subject,yet, none of them talked to ME! "Shed Some Pounds" relates to the person reading the pages. It seems most books are attempting to sell you on thier concocted idea and hope we buy in to it; grapefruit diet, no carb diet, carb only diet, etc. In time these cute ideas always get the ax by any and all science based organizations. The "Shed Some Pounds' book tells it like it is...if you want to lose the weight and KEEP IT OFF- your going to start exercising and eating sensibly. The great thing about this book is the authors show you how to accomplish this the laziest way possible!!! It could not be any easier.
