Second Youth

I found this book and read it in just a few days. It is very thorough and helpful. I have not yet done the exercises but if, as she said, one can see results in two weeks, I can hardly wait to get at it. She is sincere and her enthusiasm exudes from every page. It seems like she could hardly wait to get it all out on the paper. It is just what I need. I am looking forward to being a Younger Senior. Then I can write and thank her.
