An oldie but a goodie...

This book is definately an 'oldie'... but it is, without doubt, a 'goodie'. Despite being a little outdated in some areas, Sales Cybernetics still offers some of the most powerful mental strategies for success, in selling or in life. Further to this, the book covers a wide range of sales issues; job slection, sales management, organising your time, motivation... as well as sales skills such as prospecting, presenting and closing - all based on principles of psycho-cybernetics. On the whole, the book was an enjoyable journey.
