Great Book!

This book rightfully calls into question the way we develop athletes in America. It exposes the lack of true technical knowledge on the part of coaches and sports organizations. The only requirement most coaching jobs have is to be a former athlete. Dr Yessis backs his claims by showing the errors of many things believed to be facts. His background in bio mechanics allows him to be able decipher many accepted "truths" to be bunk. This is an excellent read for anyone who is tired of hearing the same cliche laden bologna from coaches and executives.
