Resolution: 50 years later

I'm nobody really special other than I happened to be in certain places at certain times. I tried to stop the assassination of JFK and to my knowledge I'm the only person to have tried to do so.

It's the people themselves who have to keep order and maintain law and their way of life. However, if the people are ignorant or superstitious and don't have personal and individual integrity, then the entire system is crap anyway. Such is the state in America. The strength of America lies in the hearts of her people. The strength of Russia and China lies in the hearts of the people of those countries. If the people have no ideal for which they must strive to maintain, then there's nothing in their hearts with which to maintain a civilization.

At the present time, there's a race war going on in America. The Ukraine and Europe are in turmoil and war as a result of a neo-fascist right wing uprising. Students and police are having themselves a war in Venezuela. And the entire Middle East is blowing itself up as a result of so-called religious fanatics. Each of these conflicts present nothing that's unique in history

What is different is the global scale of these conflicts and the grass roots nature of them. Somehow, somebody gave the masses a voice and all over the world we hear the screams of the oppressed and our disenfranchisement is a public outcry.

Those in positions of power are oblivious of this particular question. They're just people. They're above the money. They don't need money. They must have power, and human life is of no consequence. But why bother with virtue when life is meaningless? What is a life without meaning?
