Reconstruction Of Culture Heritage From Archive Images

In this book we present two researches on modeling architectural heritage using archive images. The first one explores the possibilities of using old images for 2D and 3D documentation of archaeological monuments using open source, free and commercial photogrammetric software. The available images represent the external fa ade of the Western gate and Al Omari Mosque in the city of Bosra al-Sham in Syria, which were severely damaged during the recent war.
